SHIPPING POLICY
Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50.
We use Royal Mail ship our items. They deliver between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
We dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All standard deliveries will take 3-5 working days.
Next Day delivery is available for an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries must be placed by 12pm on Friday. Next Day delivery is currently not available at the weekend. Available UK Mainland Only.
World wide shipping is available for a flat rate fee of £15. European deliveries will take 3-5 working days. Worldwide deliveries will take 5-7 working days. Please allow up to 48 hours for worldwide orders to be dispatched.
Please note taxes and duties are calculated according to your shopping destination. Local VAT may apply outside of the United Kingdom.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Percy + Pip, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
We ask that you request your Returns Authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing percyandpip@gmail.com
We will then email you with instructions on how to return your product. You have 7 further days to return an item(s).
Please quote your order number which you will find on your order confirmation email and your full name. Please explain the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide full details.
